CLOUD MIGRATION & MANAGEMENT.

Moving to the cloud can transform the way your business works – but only if it’s planned and managed properly. WeAreLIT Cloud Migration & Management takes care of the whole journey. We plan and carry out your move to Microsoft 365, Azure or Google Workspace with minimal disruption, then manage, secure and optimise your cloud environment so it keeps delivering value long after go-live.

Why Move to the Cloud?

The cloud lets your team work securely from anywhere, scales with your business and replaces ageing on-premises servers with reliable, always up-to-date services. It reduces hardware costs, improves resilience and makes collaboration easier across offices, homes and devices.

A Smooth, Low-Risk Migration

Our experienced engineers have moved businesses of all sizes to the cloud. We plan every step carefully, migrate your data securely, test thoroughly and schedule cut-overs out of hours where possible, so your team can carry on working with little or no downtime.

WHAT WE MIGRATE.

Email & Calendars

Mailboxes, calendars and contacts moved from on-premises Exchange, IMAP or other providers to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Files & Documents

File servers and shared drives migrated to SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams or Google Drive, with folder structures and permissions preserved.

Servers & Applications

On-premises servers and line-of-business applications moved to Microsoft Azure, or replaced with modern cloud-based alternatives.

Identity & Devices

User accounts moved to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), with single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and cloud-managed devices through Intune.

Phone Systems

Traditional phone lines and PBX systems replaced with cloud telephony such as Microsoft Teams Phone.

Backups & Archives

Historic data, archives and backups moved to secure, cost-effective cloud storage with clear retention policies.

OUR MIGRATION PROCESS.

1. Assess & Plan

We review your current systems, data and licensing, agree your goals and produce a clear migration plan, timeline and cost.

2. Prepare

We set up and secure your new cloud environment, clean up data, and prepare your users so everyone knows what to expect.

3. Migrate

Your data and services are moved in carefully managed stages, tested at every step, with cut-overs scheduled to minimise disruption.

4. Support & Optimise

After go-live we provide hands-on support and training, decommission old systems and fine-tune your new environment.
