John Aspinall
Co-Founder & Service Director
John is a service delivery leader with years of experience building and running IT service desks for demanding organisations – from a specialist insurer and a global software provider to the legal sector, to one of the UK & Ireland’s best-known restaurant brands.
He has restructured service desks around ITIL best practice, led multi-disciplinary teams across the UK, USA and beyond, and believes great IT support comes down to clear KPIs, consistent processes and honest communication.
At WeAreLIT, John makes sure every client gets responsive, well-run support from a team that knows their business – with no surprises.
Ramez Nadem
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Ramez is a solutions architect and senior infrastructure engineer who has spent nearly a decade with London managed service providers, delivering cloud, security and networking projects for businesses of every size – including resilient Azure platforms in financial technology.
He is Microsoft certified as a Cloud & AI Security Engineer and Azure Administrator, and Cisco CCNA certified, with hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Cisco Meraki and HP Aruba. Every solution he designs is secure by design and aligned to Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR and ISO 27000 standards.
A former science teacher, Ramez is known for explaining technology in plain English – so you always understand what we’re doing and why.
